Parks, Recreation, and Public Property maintains over 27 traditional parks along with streetscapes and other public properties. Please see the Council Bluffs Parks Catalog below for locations and features of each park.

City parks are open from 6:00a.m. - 10:00p.m. daily.

The Schemmer Associates have adopted Valley View Park and a section of Valley View trail.  They assist in keeping the area clean and well-maintained.
