Bayliss Park Fountain and Monuments

Located at 1st Street and Pearl, this park features a spectacular lighted fountain and seasonal flower beds. Considered the focal point of downtown, the park is also host to the Veterans Plaza, Spanish War Veterans Monument, Civil War Memorial, and Mormon Trail Monument.
